Good value on Home Workout Program

grabbed the Home Workout Program during a pre-sale and got a sweet 25% off! the workouts are solid, really feeling it. wish the Supplement Guide had more macro customization options, but overall, still a great deal for the price.

Fit in 30 program review

I purchased the Fit In 30 program during a pre-sale. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I got instant access to the materials. The program itself included clear workout videos and a sample meal plan. I found the workout descriptions helpful, and the suggested equipment for home workouts was minimal, which was great. Delivery wasn't really a thing since it's digital, but accessing everything through the FitQueen app was smooth. I didn't need customer support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, the content quality was high, and it was easy to integrate into my routine.

Decent value on a bundle

I was looking for a new workout plan and saw a bundle deal for the Home Workout Program and the Macro Guide. I managed to snag it during a seasonal challenge discount, which saved me a bit compared to buying them separately. The price felt fair for what I got. It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but the content seemed solid and well-organized. I appreciated having both the workouts and the food guidance together. Definitely felt like a practical purchase for the money.

Good challenge, easy app

I tried the FitQueen Challenge last month. The workouts were tough but good. I liked that the app was pretty easy to use. No complaints, felt good after finishing it.

How does Anita Herbert compare to like, Sweat by Kayla Itsines? Looking for a new program and not sure which way to go.

D Dan 2 months ago
I've done both! Anita's programs tend to be more glute-focused and I feel like the community aspect is stronger. Kayla's is good too, but I prefer the variety with Anita.

Totally depends on your goals. Anita's is really good for building curves and strength, especially in the lower body. Kayla's is more general fitness and HIIT, I think.

Anyone know if there's usually a discount for signing up for the next FitQueen challenge if you've already done one? Or like, a renewal thing?

C Chris 2 months ago
I think they sometimes do 'early bird' discounts for new challenges. Don't remember a specific 'renewal' discount but keep an eye out for those pre-sale periods.

Yeah, early bird is usually the best time to snag a deal. Sign up for the newsletter, they announce them there.

Thinking of trying the FitQueen Challenge but I'm a total newbie to working out. Are the workouts super intense or can a beginner actually keep up?

K Kate V. 1 month ago
They're definitely challenging but you can absolutely modify stuff. I started as a beginner a few challenges ago and just took my time. There are usually alternatives shown too.

Nah, you'll be fine. They make it so you can scale it. Focus on form over speed and you're good.

If I get one of the digital programs and then decide it's not for me, can I get a refund? Or are all sales final since it's digital?

F Faith 2 months ago
Pretty sure digital products are usually final sale everywhere. You might want to check their actual policy though, don't quote me on it.

I don't think they do refunds on digital stuff once you've accessed it. It's usually the case for these kinds of programs.

Hey guys, wondering if anyone knows how the meal plans work. Is it like, totally customized to you or more like a general guide?

B Beth D. 1 month ago
From my experience, it's pretty customized! When you sign up, you give them info about your goals and current macros and they tailor it from there. It's not a one-size-fits-all.

Yeah, I think you fill out a questionnaire and it helps them dial it in. It's not just a generic PDF, which is nice.
